• The CNC cutter uses the laser welder’s torch for cutting. Users have to put that into the machine in the designated place. Then, the machine automatically moves it for precise cutting.
• If you are using the 800W laser welder, it can cut up to 8mm thick materials, while the 1200W variant can cut up to 10mm.
• The working area of the machine is 60x60cm, It’s more than enough for most jobs. However, it also supports manual feeding of the material, which eliminates the limit on the width of the material. Thus, it can also work on large workpieces and projects.
• The cutter is controlled using the software. Users can upload the designs and cut materials precisely through automation. The native software is beginner-friendly, and it also has a display on the machine for easy control and navigation.
• What’s great about the CNC Cutter is its movement in the X, Y, and Z axes. In both the X and Y axes, the laser head moves 24 inches. However, in the Z axis, it moves up to 3.54 inches. THus, the laser head moves in all dimensions and helps in creating a 3D object. It can even cut uneven material but adjust the height automatically.
• Apart from CNC cutting, the machine is capable of CNC rust removal and cleaning. It precisely cleans objects.
• Keep in mind that the CNC cutter is suitable to be used in shops. It is not portable because it weighs 150kg.
