Which X1 suits your projects?

X1 Single CO2

With a 55W CO2 laser for cutting and engraving wood, acrylic, leather, paper and more. It can also cut clear acrylic.

For those mainly looking to cut and engrave with CO2. The Diode Galvo Module can be added later.

X1 CO2 + Diode Galvo

Combines 55W CO2 with the 20W Diode Galvo Module for fast, detailed engraving on wood, leather, dark acrylic, cardboard and more.

For frequent customisation and future expansion. This galvo module is required to use UV, fiber or MOPA laser sources later.

xTool X1 with 55W CO2 laser

Powerful cutting, fine engraving

Use the CO2 laser for cutting and the optional diode module for fast engraving. Create wooden decorations, personalised signs, leather accessories and more.

Hybrid Motion™ synchronises the machine’s X-Y movement with two galvo mirrors. With the galvo module, xTool states speeds of up to 6,000 mm/s across a 615 × 320 mm galvo working area. Actual processing time depends on the material, design and settings.

Laser Swap™ lets you expand the X1 with Diode Galvo Module by adding laser sources. Choose the technology that suits your applications.

5W UV

For glass, crystal and heat-sensitive materials. Also supports internal engraving in glass and crystal.

30W fiber

For detailed metal engraving and relief engraving.

60W MOPA

For more advanced metal processing, including colour and relief engraving.

Please note: UV, fiber and MOPA are optional expansions sold separately. They use the shared galvo head of the 20W Diode Galvo Module, which is therefore required. Capabilities and working areas vary by laser source and application.

Easier preparation and positioning

The triple-camera system helps identify and position your material. The AutoLift Base automatically adjusts the working bed height, making job preparation easier.

All three require the 20W Diode Galvo Module and are sold separately. The working area varies by application. For metal relief engraving, xTool specifies 415 × 225 mm with the embossing dust hood.

Maximum speeds do not guarantee the processing time of a complete job.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 20W Diode Galvo Module included as standard?

That depends on the configuration. The Single CO2 includes only the 55W CO2 laser. The CO2 + Diode Galvo version includes both. Check the selected configuration when ordering.

Can I add UV, fiber or MOPA later?

Yes, you need the 20W Diode Galvo Module. These expansions use its galvo head. The galvo module can also be added later.

When is the X1 expected?

We expect the X1 in stock in November. Contact us for the expected delivery of your chosen configuration.
