2-year official warranty: You enjoy a 2-year warranty on parts and labor (return to the workshop). Consumables such as cutting mats and accessories are excluded. The warranty applies under normal use and covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, drops or impacts, or problems caused by the user’s computer system are not covered. Silhouette hobby cutting machines are not covered under warranty for professional use.
