The UNIFLEX A NATURE is a solvent-free, water-based polyurethane with a self-adhesive PAPER CARRIER with an universal heatadhesive applicable on all types of textiles including nylon or coated polyester for raincoats, luggages, umbrellas and other applications.

The UNIFLEX A NATURE is a solvent-free, water-based polyurethane with a self-adhesive PAPER CARRIER with an universal heatadhesive applicable on all types of textiles including nylon or coated polyester for raincoats, luggages, umbrellas and other applications.
Advantages:
- Thickness: 80 micron
- Self-adhesive PAPER carrier (not a polyester derivated from petrol)
- Easy and accurate weeding, even of small letters
- Energy and time saving : 130°C-10 sec
- Bonds to all textiles including coated nylon
- Solvent-free, PVC-free
- Good washing resistance of overlappings
- High washing resistance: 60°C
- Suitable to tumble dryer
- Low tack adhesive, easy to handle
- Doesn’t wrinkle after washing
- Can also be cut with laser systems
Settings:
- For standard textiles:
- Temperature: 130°C
- Time: 10 seconden
- Washing temp: 60°C
- Warm Peel
- Medium Pressure
- For coated nylon:
- Temperature: 150°C
- Time: 10 sec and Cold Peel
- Afterwards again 150°C during 30sec, with silicone paper as protection
- Washing temp: 40°C
- Medium Pressure
- Standard textiles (cotton, polyester, polycotton),
- Coated nylon/polyester
